Chris Taylor is our Managing Consultant. With a total of more than twenty years experience that includes research, policy analysis, academia, marketing management, PR and consultancy across the private sector, education, the NHS and local government he brings more than most to any discussion of the relationship between an organisation and its audiences.

Linda Lawson brings a wealth of education, interpersonal, psychological and counselling experience together with outstanding organisational skills.
