Service Delivery, Skills and Structure

Chris Taylor is the company’s Managing Consultant.  With a total of more than 20 years experience in market research, academic research, marketing services management and management consultancy across the private sector, education, the NHS and local government, he brings more than many to any discussion of the relationship between an organisation and its audiences. Chris is a Member of the Market Research Society and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

LTRC manages teams with skills that relate to virtually every aspect of market research: including research design, project management, quantitative surveys, qualitative investigations, market analyses, data analysis, interviewing, group moderation, multiple-methodology studies, complex integrative analysis, reporting and interpreting insights to ensure recommendations focus on the client’s key strategic questions.

Where specialised resources or significant fieldwork capacity are required, we work with a network of highly experienced specialist associates.

Company History

Lawson Taylor Research & Consultancy was established in 2007, initially as a sole trader and moving to Limited status in March 2010.  The business was established by Chris Taylor as a delivery vehicle for services utilising more than 20 years experience in market research, marketing and communications management and management consultancy.

The business model, as with many service companies, is one of a small core augmented by a range of specialist associates.   This model is well established and delivers significant advantages to clients in terms of flexibility and low costs.
